ONLYBIO processes personal data in connection with the performance of its business activity.
\nThe scope and form of personal data processing as part of the services provided by ONLYBIO are regulated individually in contracts concluded with customers, or result from the general terms and conditions of providing services by ONLYBIO.<\/p>\n

ONLYBIO processes personal data for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by ONLYBIO, such as: providing services to clients, implementing contracts concluded by ONLYBIO, cooperation with suppliers and other entities cooperating with ONLYBIO, recruiting people interested in work, ensuring ICT security.

Personal data will be processed until the conclusion of legitimately related business conducted by ONLYBIO or until the expiry of the limitation periods resulting from the concluded contract or the expiry of obligations under the law or until an objection to the processing of personal data by ONLYBIO is raised.<\/p>\n
